Welcome to the Striders Home Page
Striders is a community walking and exercise program that promotes good physical and mental health through fitness and fun activities.
Participants increase endurance and energy through walking, and strength and flexibility through stretch and tone classes.
Motivation to continue exercising and to improve levels of fitness comes from timely newsletters, speakers at awards meetings, and from certified instructors during classes.
Mental and emotional support comes from making new friends, walking partners, and interaction with others at Striders’ functions.
